What counts as an interview?

An interview is counted when a respondent completes at least 50% of the questions in your study. Abandoned or incomplete sessions don't use credits.

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. However, any credit packs you purchase never expire.

Can I change plans anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

Pro subscribers can purchase additional credit packs or enable auto-overage to automatically buy more credits when running low. Free users can upgrade to continue conducting interviews.

Is there a limit on the Unlimited plan?

Accepted Answer

The Unlimited plan is designed for high-volume research. While there's no practical limit for normal use, we have a safety cap to prevent abuse. Contact us if you have special requirements.
