Mira Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mira (the "Service"), operated by Glauser Creative AB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mira is an AI-powered research interview platform that helps businesses conduct user interviews. The Service allows you to create studies, generate interview questions, collect responses through AI-conducted interviews, and analyze results.

Data Controller and Processor Roles

When you use Mira to conduct interviews:

  • You are the data controller for respondent data you collect
  • We are a data processor acting on your instructions
  • You are responsible for obtaining valid consent from respondents
  • You must have a lawful basis under GDPR for collecting respondent data

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. AI-Powered Features

The Service uses third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and Mistral AI) to:

  • Generate interview questions based on your research goals
  • Conduct automated interviews with follow-up questions
  • Analyze responses and generate summaries

AI Limitations

  • AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in decision-making
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI features
  • AI responses are generated content and should not be considered professional advice

AI Data Processing

  • Interview content is sent to AI providers for processing
  • AI providers process data under their respective terms and data processing agreements
  • We maintain Data Processing Agreements with all AI providers to ensure GDPR compliance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Collect data without proper consent from respondents
  • Conduct interviews that harass, deceive, or harm participants
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Respondent Consent Requirements

When collecting data from respondents, you must:

  • Provide clear information about who is conducting the research
  • Obtain valid consent before the interview begins
  • Inform respondents that an AI conducts the interview
  • Provide a way for respondents to withdraw consent
  • Comply with GDPR and any applicable local laws
  • Not interview children under 16 without appropriate parental consent and safeguards

6. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Pricing may change with notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data and content you create using the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, including all software, design, and branding. You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible. The Service depends on third-party providers (AI, hosting, database) whose availability we do not control.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glauser Creative AB against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your collection or processing of respondent data
  • Your failure to obtain proper consent from respondents
  • Content you create or collect using the Service
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
